Where is the branch located?

Located on the ground floor of the Terminal Building. Once you receive your luggage from carousel use the main front door to exit and you will find the Rental cars on your left. Thrifty is at the end of the building.

Canberra Airport Information

When returning your rental vehicle to our location please ensure to re-fuel your hire car within 15 Kms of the location. Allow an additional 30 to 40 minutes prior to the flight check-in time for car rental return.

If returning your vehicle outside of business hours simply park the vehicle in one of the Bays, get your belongings out,  lock the car and place keys in dropbox at the front of the counter.

If you are running late and you won't be able to collect your rental car at the allocated time, it is important to get in touch with the branch you are collecting from so that we can make alternate arrangements. If you have arrived at the branch and it is closed and if you haven't contacted us prior, you will need to pick-up your rental car the following day. Please contact our branches during business hours to arrange an alternative pick-up time.
